After enjoying our GE Refrigerator for 30-years without a problem or a repair, we retired it and bought a new GE stainless steel Cafe Refrigerator.  Now, after only one year of use, it needed a repairman.  A call to GE revealed that it was out of warranty and the "extended" warranty didn't cover the problem that had cropped up.

Now we were on our own and needed professional help.  A web search for a repair company was narrowed down to one: Northeast Appliance Service... a call brought "Dan " to our door the very next day.  He was here on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, and delivered a reasonable and very fair invoice.  One cannot ask for anything more!
