Northeast Appliance Service was quick to respond to my concern about my refrigerator not consistently cooling. A service technician by the name of Dan responded within a few hours, and the repair was completed the very same day. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, and offered a very reasonable solution for a great price. I am more than pleased.

Dan came to evaluate an issue that I was having with my Dacor double oven very quickly.  After checking the whole thing over, he explained my options and what each would cost- which was very reasonable.  He was professional, kind and conscientious.  He made some adjustments, rather than replacing the whole computer panel that would have been costly- and my oven is working great!

Now (weeks later) I called him about my gas cook top continuously firing- even when the burners are turned off.  He ran me through a few things to try over the phone and together we solved the problem without him even coming out! No charge!

I would without hesitation recommend Dan at Northeast Appliance Service and will call him every time I have an issue with my appliances!

Northeast Appliance is truly amazing – Dan is very knowledgeable and instead of us having to get a new washing machine, it was a simple fix. And he also fixed our ice maker which was not working for a long time. He works very quietly and efficiently. I highly recommend Dan and Northeast Appliance.

Really great experience he was on time , honest and efficient at diagnosing the problem. He pick up the part and got the washer going in a few hours.
       He was upfront with his quote, no hidden extra charges. Would use him again ( hope I don’t need to )
